went back to my primary school for a "Meet Your Former Teachers of OLGC" high-tea session. saw quite a number of people from my batch but i didn't recognise most of them. instead, a few still remembered me and that made me surprised. my pr6 chinese teacher didn't forget that my dad is a chinese teacher...she even asked if i want to be a teacher too!! haha
it's the school's 50th anniversary next year and they'll be organising a few events such as dinner and musical. hope to get more people to join in these activities... =)
*Happy Birthday, Jianqi*
what we could have been, 7:20 PM.
had a heavy supper yesterday night. met up with Regina, Grace, Clarence and Eileen Khoo for steamboat and xiao long bao at Holland Village Crystal Jade. Eileen Ho came too but she didn't eat. although majority of us didn't eat much for the day before this meal, we ended up stuffing down the xiao long bao and had much steamboat leftovers. no matter what, it's a really nice meal and it's a good recommendation for my friends.

had a helpers' meeting yesterday afternoon at my sis's new home to prepare for her ROM. i didn't realise that her ROM's just 6weeks away!! it seems as though there's so much things to do yet so little time. i thought my job was rather simple, after all she asked me to be the bride's helper. but she ended up giving me alot of extra duties!! seems like i'll be quite busy next month. haha
watched "The Proposal" with my 2nd sis on friday evening. seriously a nice movie...about 3/4 of the show was hilarious!! i laughed till i had tears in my eyes. it had it's touching parts too....really nice. catch it if you're free. =)

went Jurong East Swimming Complex with Alvin, Jianqi and 2 of his friends, Junkai and SoonChye. they've always wanted to help me overcome my fear for entering the waters but i rejected them many times whenever they asked me to go swimming with them. this time, i thought i'll just go and play with those facilities. well, i only got to play the wave pool and lazy river. wanted to play the slides too but i couldn't enter due to the type of shorts i was wearing. haha
left the place at about 9pm. had dinner at Long John Silver's at Jurong Point. my cough hasn't recovered after a week (cos of e phlegm)...so i wasn't allowed to eat chicken. after much negotiation with JQ, we finally decided that we'll both take the combo with 1 chicken and 1 fish. but he'll give me half of his fish in exchange for half of my chicken. haha well, at least i was still allowed to eat abit. *thanks for your concern* after dinner, we went back to his hall and waited for him as he packed his stuff. his brother sent us home. =)
haix, when will my cough recover?
what we could have been, 11:56 PM.
great, now i'm having fever too. haix sian...
*Jianqi & Alvin, sorry for not heeding both of your advice of going to see doctor. i know i'm stubborn. anyway, thanks for your concern.

we don't need to have many friends.
most importantly is to have a few close confidante in our life and that's enough.

met Jianqi and Alvin for lunch at Plaza Singapura. after that, we walked around PS, heeren and took bus to cityhall....looking for JQ and my present. wanted to eat gelare waffles but there weren't any outlets in cityhall, so we went for anderson's ice-cream!! we shared chocolate fondue and banana split...sinful but heavenly!!! *yummy yummy*

met up with sexists (Stine, Von, Jun, Rob, Zaw) for dinner at Tony Roma's at Suntec. Jun's bf, Chris joined us for e 1st time...kinda weird initially but i guess we mixed well with each other as the night passed. after dinner, we spent some time playing at the arcade before taking train down to Yishun Safra for bowling. Ash joined us then...main highlight of e night was Zaw's sabotage!! haha reached home at 2.30am.
