Happy Chinese New Year!! late post!!! (have been rather lazy to blog recently) haha anyway here are some updates...
chinese new year was the same as before, visiting, eating, getting angbaos and playing with my nieces and nephews. thurs, met up with regina, clarence, yisheng and grace. we had dinner at Manhattan Fish Market, followed by chilling at The Cavern *i love the place*, and lastly prawning at punggol-marina country club. first prawning experience...and we got 4prawns in 1.5hours!! *i caught one of them lol*

i received a cny card from hwee sian on wed. she did the card herself. it was a simple one, but i could feel the effort that she put into making the card. considering we aren't on close terms, basically not even in contact (the last time i saw her was in 2007?), yet she bothered to send me a card. trust me, i was really surprised when i saw her name in the card. haha no offense, but i get this feeling sometimes, 'the less close someone is to you, the more you'll get from them'? i don't know how to express this. it's not the first time i feel that way already. maybe it just happens to me.
sun, met alvin and jianqi after many failed attempts to meet previously. and i finally got to treat them to lunch at xinwang cafe, when they have been the ones treating me all along *since the first time we met up last year*. we went to bishan after lunch, as jianqi had to buy valentine's day present for his gf. how sweet. i don't deny i was abit jealous, haha but we still helped him to choose present. this year, another lonely valentine's day. haix
