last day of 2008.
364 days passed unknowingly, and now we're just a day away from 2009.
2008:
i had my fair share of tears and laughter, happiness and sadness, ups and downs. i recovered many friendships whom i haven't been contacting much over the years. Regina, Grace, Marielle, Andrea, Meishan, Yisheng, Alvin and Jianqi, thanks for being back in contact again. i also became closer with Sexists and Kukus (Huijun, Christine, Robinson, Yvonne, Claire, Zaw etc) through many birthday celebrations and surprise attacks *and more to come*. of course, not forgetting friends whom i've always been in constant contact with, thanks for everything. i learnt many lessons this year, and it definitely helped me to become a better person.
as much as i've celebrated many birthdays this year, there were also the passing of many people, including artistes from around the world and my history teacher. life is really fragile and anybody can just collapse any moment. this makes me all the more appreciate each time i meet my friends. thanks, my friends, for staying healthy and letting our friendship last longer.
i don't have any resolutions, only wish for more independence and freedom. i'm happy when people around me are happy.
come january, it's going to be an eventful month. besides CNY, i'll also be meeting meishan, a kbox and steamboat session with my coursemates, having my diploma tutorial group gathering as well as meeting up with my diploma girls. not forgetting michelle rachel's 21st too. meanwhile, take care everybody and meet up soon!! =))

31st dec of every year, i'll think of the countdown party we had at yisheng's place in 2003, with other sec4 classmates. miss the night, miss the fun, miss the group. i'm always hoping to have the gathering again, even if it's just a few of us. but i don't know when this will happen. hopefully next year?
