whoever say that 'parents dote on the youngest in e family the most', i beg to differ. i don't mean all families, but at least this's what happens in my family.
take for example, today. all because of my 2nd sis, everybody got to wait for her for dinner. i was super hungry when i reached home at nearly 7pm just now, and i thought i could have dinner soon (our standard dinner time is 7+pm)!! yet, the rice was not even cooked then!! my dad and my maid started cooking at nearly 8pm, thus we had dinner at 8.45pm!! by then, i wasn't hungry anymore, just felt numb!! my sis wasn't back for dinner at that time, she only reached home like 5mins after we started dinner!! so what's the whole damn point?? we already waited for her till that time, might as well wait another 5mins right?? if the conclusion is we're not waiting, then why did we have such a late dinner??
yes i know my sis's smart, got good grades, entered local uni, always working late, goes on business trips etc etc...maybe that's why my dad favours her more than anybody else. so even if she says she'll only be home at 8+pm, we also got to wait for her to be back first, even though my mum n i were complaining about our hunger!! sometimes i really don't know how my dad thinks. isn't he showing too much favouritism??
