work was all ok 2dae...everyting was per normal all e way till e end of e day when we were given leave forms n told to go on compulsory leave for e next 2days (17th and 18th)!!! haha we were also told tt if we do not receive any calls fr office for 19th n 20th den we dun hafta go to work!!! haha dese may seem great rite??? but u noe wat?? tt means we'll haf super low pay for dis month!!!!! haiz can understand lah....dey're hiring another grp of pple @ a cheaper cost...of coz dey wldnt wan us @ work lah!!! haha...

e whole story started like dis...a grp of ntu students came in for attachment wif IRAS a week ago!!! n 2dae dey had e buddy-system wif us!!! haha dun ever feel attachment is fun...u noe wats e salary dey get every mth?? its $550 per mth...as compared to a range of $600+ to $800+ for all IRAS TCOs...of coz hiring dem is a much cheaper cost rite?? haha on salary basis...dey're cheaper to hire!!! but on experience level...who do u tink is beta to hire??? well for all e temp staff (which is referring to e whole grp of us)...e minimum we've worked is 1mth+ while e max is 4mths+!!! n e ntu attachment students did not even haf a day of experience wif call-handling on their own...dey only answered 1 to 4calls dis evening wif e help fr us!!! haha...

haiz wat can we do?? all decisions r made by iras...if dey wan to be kept bz for e next few days den let dem be lor!!! anywae we can take dis chance to haf a good rest or go out wif frenz...since we're alwaes complaining lack of slp in office!!! haha hopefully we can be back @ work next wk......
